Sakura VS Dancer Iz: Which is Better?

I personally like Sakura more than Iz.
Sakura has higher DMG than Iz but she doesnt have any immunity unlike Iz.
The things I dislike from Iz are slow movement speed long attack animation low HP acceptable since she is stackable with 46s cooldown.
