40 MINUTE LOWER BODY KILLER COMBO - By now you should have recovered from Mondays Total Body No Repeat Strength Workout! So I thought I would give you a real good killer lower body workout! This is a fantastic combo of strength cardio and burnout! I dont want to say that it will totally obliterate your legs...but it just may My members tried this workout already and they have all had great reports! So grab some dumbbells and lets move daily in this lower body combo!

You will need: A variety of dumbbells box or bench optional
WORKOUT:
Circuit 1 -12 reps each
Staggered deadlift
Front squat
Round the world lunges
20 frog squat jacks
Circuit 2:
Pistol squat
Burpee box jump
Plie pulse squat
30 thrust abductions
Circuit 3:
Far step up
Oblique curtsy lunge
Advanced clam shells
20 In-n-out squat jumps
