FusionPBX - Part 2 - Add GatewaySIPTrunk for making Outbound Calls and Receiving Inbound Calls.

In Part 2 of the FusionPBX Series well add a Gateway SIPTrunk provider to allow us to make outbound calls to actual phone numbers as well as to receive inbound calls from actual phone numbers.
