Shiny Milotic Speedpaint

Milotics scales are pain to draw mostly because references pictures dont show how exacly scales on the tail are placed. This suppose to be the most beautiful pokemon in the world.
But I think its one of the ugliest.
Look at it: creepy eyes pinkbluecream colours of body strange face...
VaporeonDragonairEspeon are beautiful...
Even Dunsparce has something nice in its look.
But Milotic is...
weird.
I think Nintendo could done better with its projectdesign if they want make it most beautiful.
At least its shiny colours are interesting to watch. Pokemon that is opposite to Gyarados my fav btw and at the same time have so many similaritaries.
Thats why Milotic is so unique I think.
Which other pokemon can be familiar with Gyarados? Gosh I remeber when few years ago I was looking for Feebas in my old Saphire version 0_0 Milotic has nice cry.
