Transferring ROMs from your PC to your Raspberry Pi 4 running RetroPie V 4.7.1

Learn how to transfer ROMs to your raspberry Pi to use on RetroPie the emulator for all of the classic game systems! This is the second video in the series that covers the three ways to transfer ROMs from your computer to the RetroPie.
This is done one of three ways: via USB drive SFTP using WinSCP or Samba-Shares using windows explorer.
All three methods are covered in this video.
