Beat the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
Add 50 g of soft butter and mix the mass to a homogeneous consistency.
Pour 250 ml of kefir into a bowl.
Mix it until the ingredients are completely combined.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder flour and mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cover the baking mold with a 20 cm sheet of the baking parchment.
Grease it with 20 g of butter.
Wash apples and cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Spread the apples on the dough so that they occupy the entire area of the pie.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on top of the apples.
Bake it in the oven for 50 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
