Fabric 1.17 Install Tutorial For MultiMC launcher 1.17 Pre-Rel 1 and 1.17 Release versions

This tutorial shows how to apply Fabric 1.17 to the MultiMC launcher not how to install the MultiMC launcher adding mods and applying Java 16 which is required for Fabric 1.17 Pre-Rel 1 versions I dont cover the process of installing the MultiMC launcher as that will be either in another video or is really simple like installing Java I find no reason to show it as you literally just follow the steps and select a location to install it to the other parts are more important.
