Soul Shepherd: DEVLOG #2 || Emergent Systems, Weather, and adding a Dungeon! (Feedback wanted!)


In this second Dev log, I share my musings on complex systems, emergent vs.
linear games, talk about the concept of Minutes of Fun, show off the new Weather System I implemented in Unity, and most importantly: I show my in-progress Dungeon! There are some really big decisions to be made in terms of dungeoneering, combat, and the action portion of the game.
And it’s still so early, that you can get involved! I can still change things around, and play with new ideas.
