Cosmic Cavern MZ-80A - not finished

An MZ-80A version of Cosmic Cavern by Takaya Arita.
Not sure if its behaving entirely correctly yet have to look for typos in the code.
Also: This is not running on BASIC but on Uwe Maxims BASIC compiler.
