Hunt Feast : Part 1 - Sambar Deer Field Dressing GRAPHIC

To me there is no greater joy then cooking something that youve gathered yourself - whether it be seafood or red meat! During this 2 part mini-series Im lucky enough to take a perfect size Sambar deer and dress it out in the field where it fell.
In Part 2 i show you how to whip up one of my favorite venison dishes!
