Following the events of Sky Prison after Dal stops Sharkosauruss rampage on board the transport vessel the doctor-turned-monster is locked away in the old municipal dam: the only structure large enough to contain him.
Shortly after a new psychiatrist is assigned to treat Sharkosauruss insanity after many failed attempts from Dal.
However this new doctor does not have Dals best interests in mind - instead possessing a secret agenda of his own.
