Winchester Model 77

Moving into late 50s early 60s production with this Winchester Model 77 which has some of the older features we have been examining plus some newer more modern features.
Cant for the life of me come up with a designer for this gun anyone good at research come up with something? If so Ill post it here and thank you by screenname if you like.
This example dates from the end of production 62or 63.....possibly even 64.
