How to plant Dwarf Water Lily (Nymphaea Stellata) in fish tank/aquarium?

We have to plant the rhizome in the substrate...it does not require extra CO2 setup...need moderate light and can grow with little care...ideal plant for beginner...water PH level is 5.5 to 7
