Samsung CEC Anynet Bug

I am using a Samsung Series 8 2016 TV and it has a serious bug where the Anynet or CEC connection does not connect to the AVR whenever you turn the TV on.
This is not limited to this TV alone but is related to at least the last 2 years of TVs as far as I can tell.
Samsung are refusing to see this as a bug however there are hundreds of reports from other people saying they are having this exact issue.
This is not just related to this single Pioneer AVR it doesnt even work with Samsungs OWN Soundbars. This is the forum that has everyone with this issue below: Something needs to be done on Samsungs end because they seem to be in total denial that there is an issue.
Talking to them on their support line they say they do not know of the issue and their fix is to simply replace the Smart connection box which does not fix the issue.
It is a clear FIRMWARE bug that needs to be looked into ASAP.
