The great wildebeest migration - Maasai mara Kenya 2020

The Great Migration is one of the worlds most impressive natural event involving some 1300000 blue wildebeest 500000 Thomsons gazelles 97000 Topi 18000 common elands and 200000 Grants zebras migrating from the Serengeti in Tanzania to Maasai Mara in Kenya.
The Mara River crossing is the climax of the migration period. It is an awe-filled event that takes you through a range of emotions: as you watch herds of animals jumping into a crocodile-infested river fighting the water current some sustaining injuries that make them food for vultures and hyenas others surviving waiting lions and continuing to greener pastures.
