In this video I show you 6 exercises that I do everyday.
It gets you ready for the day but are also really good to do throughout the day.
Exercise 1 Chin Tucks
- this stretches the neck muscles such as the sub-occipital muscles.

Exercise 2 YW
-Focus on the shoulder blade scapula movement when doing this.
If you are just going about your day do these while sitting or standing.

Keep your elbows straight
W
Bend your elbows by your side and squeeze your scapulas together.
Exercise 3 Cat Camel
-This is good for spine mobility it will help with back stiffness
Avoid if you have degenerative spinal conditions namely: spinal spondylilosthesis and spinal stenosis.
Exercise 4 Glute Bridge
-This is good for people who sit down a lot because when we sit down a lot our hip flexors get tight our glutes get under active.
The glute bridge counters this.
Avoid if you have degenerative spinal conditions namely: spinal spondylilosthesis and spinal stenosis.
Exercise 5 Bird Dog
-This is good for people with scoliosis because it strengthens the back muscles.
The posterior chain muscles that are named in the video
Exercise 6 Spine roll
Avoid this exercise if you have a slipped disc Herniated spinal disc.
This might make it worse.
-This exercise will help mobilise the spine
