In this beginners breakdance tutorial you will learn a weight change variation called the hook weight change
Some tips for executing the hook weight change
- Your hooked leg will be your momentum leg launch it up 45 degrees
- Your other foot is your punch leg punch the ground and lift your hips to help your body get airborne
- Dont switch your arm until the leg that was hooked lands on the ground first
