The first job Id ever worked at was a Chinese Restaurant.
I use to have their Wonton soup and thought how good it was and wished I knew how to make it!! Years later my MOM was the one who taught me her own recipe.
Not exactly like the one I had at my first job ...
actually its EVEN better and I made it my own by adding NOODLES to it! Also I made it easier by BUYING my wontons instead of homemade ones because...
i hate to say it but aint nobody got time for that hahaha.

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Water
1.5 cups Fresh Rice Noodles
Bok Choy
8 oz Ground Pork
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tblsp Chicken Buillon
6 pc of Shrimp or as much as youd like!
6 pc of Wontons store bought.
we love to use the shrimp and pork ones!
1 tblsp Sesame Oil
1 tblsp Light Soy Sauce I use Kwon Hung Seng Brand
1 tblsp Dark Soy Sauce I use KimLan Brand
OPTIONAL GARNISH:
Chopped Green Onions
Pork Rinds
Chili Oil
