The Box of Sergius 3D knife composite

Hello everyone this is a composite I am done with for my new feature film The Box of Sergius. Background Information: The power the guy in the picture has is to slow down time and see and think but not react at a very fast rate.
For this effect the guy notices mid conversation that a knife from the villain is coming at him from the side he slightly moves out of the way as the knife passes just by him. I would like to know what you all think and how I can either improve this final clip or just some comments on it. Thank you very much and the comments and suggestions will really help me out on this one as I am the only one doing the visual effects for this movie and am not really very good with 3D.
