Yamaha RX-V795 Repair Part 1

I purchased this receiver from a thrift store a few years ago.
It originally had burnt contacts on a relay.
After cleaning the contacts it worked fine for awhile till the contact burnt again and someone mangled the power button trying to turn it on.
Now time to fix it all up.
