2¼ pounds lamb deep-fry beef or chicken 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 stick butter 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 3 teaspoon black pepper or coarsely ground in mortar and pestle. 2 onions chopped 4 cups beef or chicken broth or bouillon 2 packets each containing 6 8 cups water or as per gravy1Kg or 2.2 Pounds Of MeatBeefChicken 3 tspn white pepper powder 4 Cups BeefChicken Broth or Boullion Water 8 cups or as per Gravy 2 tblspn Italian Seasoning containing oreganobasil VEGETABLES for stew 1 Bunch Brocchli carrots beans2 Potatoes diced 6 Beets 3 bunches Bok Choy 1 large Cabbage Boil or steam Vegetables for 5-10 minutes and keep aside 2 tspn Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt 1 tspn Cayenne Pepper 1 tspn Paprika 1 tspn red chilly powder 2 tspn ground pepper For the fresh vegetables: 2 bunch broccoli or carrots 2-3 potatoes diced Boil or steam Vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes and keep aside chopped whole garam masala or whole spice as follows 2 cinnamon dalchini sticks 4 cloves laung 7 black peppercorns saboot kali mirch 2 to 3 bay leaves teipatta After boiling the vegetables in a pressure cooker we take a large Fagor Pressure cook-er.
We add the 6 tblspn oil and whole spices that are elaichilaungdalchini.
Saute the chopped ginger-garlic and chopped onions.
Add all the vegetables and the following sauce PIA MAJUMDARS SAUCE Pia Majumdars Sauce for the stew Preparation Time: 21 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour Serves 8 2 Tblspn Balsamic Vinegar 1 tblspn Tobasco or Hot sauce 1 tblspn Fire Roasted Sauce 1 tblspn green chilly sauce 11 tbspn Worchestershire Sauce 1 tspn Chilly Oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Tabasco or hot sauce 1 tablespoon Fire Roasted sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon chilly oil 1.
In a Pressure Cook add the olive oil and butter.
Add the whole spices and saute for two minutes.
Add the two onions chopped and saute for about five minutes.After five minutes add the meat and fry till oil seperates for 10-15 minutes.
Add all the sauce and Spice Rub.
Add the Vinger tobasco hot sauce and keep stirring.
Add the stock and water.
Pressure cook.

In a seperate pan add extra virgin olive oil.
Add the Vegetables salt and pepper and saute for 10 minutes .
The vegetables can be steamed also.
Add the stock and Pressure cook to give one whistle.
When Pressure drops add the Vegetables.
Let both cook for 15 minutes more.
Serve with Hot Rice or Plain Bread .In a pressure cooker add the olive oil and butter.
Add the whole spices and sauté for two minutes.
Add the chopped onions and sauté for about 5 minutes before adding the meat.
Fry until oil separates after 10 to 15 minutes.
Add all the sauce and spice rub.

Add the vinegar Tabasco and hot sauce and keep stirring.
Add the stock and wa-ter.
Pressure-cook.
In a separate pan add extra virgin olive oil.
Add the Fresh Veg-etables salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes .
Add the stock and pressure-cook to give 1 whistle.
When pressure drops add the vegetables.
Let both cook for 15 minutes more.
Serve with steamed rice or plain bread.
