This video shows how to create a steady voltage corresponding to a digital number using the shiftOut command and
an R2R ladder.
The advantage is that no further processor resouces are required to maintain the PWM timing so there
arent any other interactions with interrupttimersetc.
Also new outputs can be produced at the speed of the command
which is significantly faster than the PWMs repetition rate.
