How to make an Arduino Light Meter with the BH1750 Sensor and a Nokia 5110 Display


Dear friends welcome to the Arduino Light Meter Tutorial! Today we are going to learn how to put build our own project to measure the intensity of the light in an environment.
We are going to use an Arduino the BH1750 sensor and a Nokia 5110 display.
There is a lot to cover so lets get started! What is illuminance: In photometry illuminance is the total luminous flux incident on a surface per unit area.
It is a measure of how much the incident light illuminates the surface wavelength-weighted by the luminosity function to correlate with human brightness perception.
Similarly luminous emittance is the luminous flux per unit area emitted from a surface.
