ESP r Linux scratch build and test session

Although there are instructions for building ESP-r on the ESRU web site it is sometimes useful to see it happening.
In this video we take a fresh Ubuntu 20.10 and install the necessary tool chain checkout the ESP-r source from a server there are other options for getting the source.
We then build ESP-r update the environment variables to ensure the OS knows about it and then open up an ESP-r example model run and assessment and look at performance data to ensure it is all working.
