How to add background video to Visual Studio Windows Forms Apps

Simple tutorial for anybody wondering about how to add background videos to a Windows Forms app.
My video file was on my local machine but Im fairly confident that you could host the file on a website such as YouTube and link the file to the media player window.
This would mean the client would not need to have the file on their local machine but it would require the client to have an internet connection.
I would recommend packaging your app with the needed files when publishing the app.
