Morrowind - Finding the Cavern of the Incarnate

It took me a few hours to understand the directions I listened to Dopethrone by Electric Wizard 3 times through while doing that to be fair I also took the time to explore the nearby Daedric ruins and cavern.
When I found the cavern I realised that I had already come across the door earlier while randomly exploring thats why the area already shows up as explored on the map but I had no idea what it was so I just left it.
