Floating musical notes visual effect for NWN2

I saw this kind of effect being used in Dungeons Dragons Online and I had just made the sleeping effect so I made one of these too. This is now released on the Neverwinter Nexus and the Vault as Tchos Visual Effects for Characters Note that apostrophes are not permitted characters in titles on the Nexus so all of my mod titles have incorrectly dropped on the possessive apostrophes on my name.
