Ward as Defense WORKS! Lightning Strike Raider All Content Build Guide PoE 3.19

This is NOT a ward loop build! I set out to make a build that actually maximizes the value of ward as a defensive mechanic...
and it turns out that it can be really good.
The theory is if you have ward up every time you get hit...
well then its just essentially extra life and you cant get 500 life on a helmet.
This build aims to do just that and succeeds! This is my first foray into lightning strike as I wanted to play it before the potential nerf incoming in 3.20.
