BELGIUM LIEGE WAFFLE HOMEWORLD GALLERY STYLE
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Room Temp Sparkling Water
2 14 tsp Instant Dry Yeast Normally one yeast packet
2 Large Eggs at Room Temp
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
12 tsp Salt
1 cup unsalted butter Melted warm is OK
1 cup or as needed Raw Turbinado Sugar
Instructions:
In a large mixing box mix in sparking water yeast eggs salt and granulated sugar.
Then add flour with a mixer or you can use your hands.
As youre mixing slowly add the butter.
Knead dough till is a round wad.
Now leave your dough in the mixing bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let it rise for an hour.
Once risen take out the do and cut it into little chunks.
From this point kneed in turbinado sugar as much or as little as you want.
Generally this sugar is going to help crystalize a bit of the outside.
Also feel free to mix in fruits chocolate or anything you can think of.
