CPotential Inclusive PE Session - Level IV and V Cerebral Palsy GMFCS

Its launch day! Enjoy our very first Joe Wicks inspired inclusive PE session for disabled children.
This level of activity is loosely based on the cerebral palsy GMFCS classification system - Levels IV and V although the activities are suitable for children with a range of disabilities and can be done by anyone so we hope that siblings will join in too.
When Dr Ranj Singh Paediatric Doctor and TV Presenter heard of the project he was extremely supportive.
Ranj said We know exercise is key for childrens physical and mental wellbeing but we must make sure that ALL children get to benefit from it regardless of ability.
Tailored exercises which involve those with disabilities are a wonderful idea and the kids will love them! Email us with any feedback infocplondon.org.uk and visit our website for more info on our wide range of holistic services for children with movement disorders. If you enjoy any of our CPotential video content please consider making a donation to the charity.
Your generosity helps children and young children with movement disorders reach their full potential
