Apples without waste -1kg. Sugar - 400g. Ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon. Lemon - 1 pc. Cut apples into slices add the zest of one lemon large pieces juice of one lemon and sugar 400g. Leave to martinate for a couple of hours in a secluded place. After getting it put it on a very small fire and cook for about an hour.
