Cauliflower from the oven is ready in minutes and tastes incredibly delicious.
The tasty vegetable gets a golden breading which becomes super crispy and aromatic in the oven.
The cauliflower tastes great with creme fraiche or a fresh dip.
Servings:
2 persons
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower small
50 g breadcrumbs
30 g parmesan
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley dried
1 tsp paprika powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp.
milk
50 g flour
2 tbsp.
sesame seeds
Creme fraiche to serve
Instructions:
Divide cauliflower into florets.
Boil in a pot of salted water for about 8-10 minutes.
Then rinse with cold water.
Preheat oven to 200C convection.
Mix breadcrumbs parmesan sesame seeds and spices in a small bowl.
Whisk eggs and milk in another small bowl with a fork.
Prepare flour in another small bowl.
Dredge cauliflower florets in flour first.
Then add in the egg mixture turn and then toss in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the breaded cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200C convection oven until golden brown.
Serve baked cauliflower with creme fraiche.
