Nuzlocke is the self-imposed added difficulties to the original games in order to make the game more interesting.
The Nuzlocke rules that we are using are: 1.
Only the first pokémon that we see in each route may be caught.
If it is accidentally fainted we may not catch anything on that route. 2.
All pokémons that we catch should be nicknamed so that we build a bond with each one of them.
3.
If a pokémon faints it is dead meaning that we may not use it anymore. 4.
The maximum level of the Pokémons used for gym battles elite four and champion are the same as the highest level of the enemy.
5.
No trading is allowed except for the reason of evolving. 6.
Pokémon received from an NPC is allowed.
7.
We may not catch any pokémon from the underground. 8.
The starter pokémon is chose randomly.
Addition to rule 1: if we have caught a pokémon for example a Pikachu on route 1 and we meet another Pikachu or any pokémon on the evolution line: Pichu or Raichu on route 2 this encounter may be skipped meaning that we may catch the next pokémon that we see.
We may however catch this Pikachu if we want 2 Pikachus in the team.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are published in 2021 for the 25th anniversary of Pokémon.
These games are remakes of the previous games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl the fourth generation of the main Pokémon games series.
The game setting is in Sinnoh region which is based on the Japanese island Hokkaido.
