Planting a terrariumlike container with African Violets

In this video I plant 3 semi miniature trailing African violets in a terrarium like container.
It is not a true terrarium as it is not sealed and there really isnt any proper drainage so I will need to water this mildly and watch to not over water.
I will also rely on evaporation to dry up the medium and then water again when required
