Homemade Yogurt
Ingredients
Whole Milk 2.5 Litre
Yogurt 3 large spoon
Cooking milk and setting up Yogurt
1.
Boil the milk in a large pan

Cook until it reduced down little bit.
3.
Rest it to cool down to lukewarm or 40C
4.
Mix milk and yogurt properly on a large bowl.
5.
Cover with clingfilm.
6.
Keep the mixture in a warm place to set the yogurt for at least 8 hours.
Time may vary to set the yogurt depending on the temperature of your room
7.
When it is firm the yogurt is ready!
8.You can store up to a week in the fridge.
