Learning Mozart Without Touching the Keyboard!

This video is a challenge: can I learn and perform a piece of Mozart without touching the organ? I do this through an hour of silent study of the score followed by 15 minutes to write in markings followed by the performance.

This challenge takes advantage of my current injury which prevents me from playing too much. 1 The piece of music is an organ transcription of Mozarts famous Andante from the Piano Concerto No 21 K.
