Ralph Evans - Bartok Violin Concerto No.2 1st movement part 1

Ralph Evans a prize winner in the 1982 VII International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow performs the Bartok Violin Concerto No.2 during the finals on July 4 1982 with the State Orchestra of the USSR conducted by Pavel Kogan.
Evans has been first violinist of the Fine Arts Quartet since December 1982.
