Chapter 2 of the short story about Eger the guardsman.
Worldbuilding is such a rewarding albeit slow process.
I like to paint the world in very broad strokes and then pick an area on the map that I flesh out bit by bit.
The story about Eger the guardsman was an interesting process.
For the first time ever I fed some of my stories notes and similar into an AI engine along with some prompts.
It handed me back some material that I revised edited and re-wrote.
Fed it back into the AI got an answer revised edited and re-wrote.
Over and over and over again.
It actually helped me alot with the way I processed my writing and story building.
Ill keep trying in an effort to make it more streamlined at this point it would have been quicker to just write it myself but its still so much fun to learn and challenge new technology and find ways that it can work for you.
So Ive been telling my son a bedtime story from time to time during the past 4 years.
He helps me with the story kind of like a TTRPG but without rules.
Slowly but surely weve fleshed out a world filled with wonders magic and lore.
I felt that it was about time to actually produce some of the stories draw a map and start writing.
