Peugeot 607 Police Car Unmarked Responding SPHP

The car is spotless very clean has tinted windows an illuminated Police sign on the passenger side visor a teardrop blue light on the dash and on the passenger side mirror there is an extra mirror mounted on top so that the passenger can have a view of what is behind them.
Most likely SPHP but the lack of LED lights in the grill suggests that this is an older Peugoet 607.
