DIY Easy Fix Lexus Windshield Washer Button

DIY Fix easily the broken windshield washer button in some Lexus Toyota models using a small compression spring aluminum foil and super glue.
The video shows work in a Lexus SC 430 but other Lexus models and Toyotas from the 1990s and early 2000s feature the same type of stalk-mounted buttons to activate the windshield washer and wipers like LS 430 GS 300430 Toyota Avalon and many more. If you still have the original spring great otherwise a small compression spring with a diameter of 912 millimeters 0.350.47 inches should work.
To replace the buttons small clips I put a drop of super glue krazy glue on each side and let dry overnight then file them a bit.
