GTA IV - Mercedes-Benz Actros - ELS Problem

Well Im trying to put some els lights on the Actros water tanker but I have a problem.
Everytime I try to add more than 6 els lights the new ones I add wont work.
I add a total of eight els lights and only 6 of them will flash.
Well all of the lights flash but they dont flash as bright as they are suppose to do.
And yeah its a boring lightbar its just a box...
Need a new lightbar....
