Mazda 323 GTX Stuttering Start

UPDATE ITS FIXED! The car starts slowly and it sounds like a relay is freaking out.
Not sure though.
It does start though. Once running the alternator puts out a steady 14.48V and the car idles fine.
The battery shows a 12.80V charge and the starter is new. UPDATE The problem was fixed by replacing the ignition switch! I had to run a remote pushbutton starter which bypasses the ignition circuit in the key on my steering wheel.
I guess the contacts finally just wore out.
Now I just flip the key to on and press the engine start button.
