New Hyundai Verna Manufacturing colour issue 1

Hyundai India your representative Brij Mohan is not able to handle my case since Aug 2016.
In-spite of my 6 reminder mails he has not replied.
The color issue of the red verna car has not been handled till date.
He has not even handed over the case to any of his seniors therefore I am writing it over here.
As per last call with Brij Mohan stated that Hyundai will only do the Teflon coating and will not repair the car color issue.
Also Brij Mohan stated that I can go to consumer court and take the legal action.
I hope youll reply to me with point of contacts and Ill appreciate if you give me Brij Mohan managers name and contact number.
