HP Touchpad CM9 a2 Mouse Lag

UPDATE - Ive found the caseswitch app brings this issue to light.
I cant say whether the bug is in the app or in CM9 a2 itself. Sorry for the rubbish quality.
This is a demonstration of what I am seeing when using a BT mouse with my HP Touchpad running CM9 a2 nightly.
