Early 2015 MacBook Air Boot Issue

This is an early 2015 eleven inch MacBook air that all of a sudden refused to boot.
The problem manifests at the 0:16 second mark.
I have done a PRAM reset to no success.
Anyone have experience with this type of problem? What did you guys have to do to resolve?
