92 F250 Shifts to fast E4OD Transmission

having issues with my 1992 Ford F250 where its shifting to fast other day i lost second and third gear it was stuck in first but now its back to this again just installed a brand new Speed sensor in the rear differential it didnt help transmission was already rebuilt in 2003 hasnt got many miles on it id say around 30000 miles it sat for 8 years hasnt driven much since 2010 While it sat the transmission pan started to leak i installed a new filter sealed it up and topped off the transmission fluid with Mercon LV transmission is a E4OD Going from first to second to third feels great until it hits fourth way to fast every once in a while it will shift perfectly normal its like it has a mind of its own Update: the ECM is bad the capacitors are leaking ill try to make a video when i buy a new ecm or get the original one repaired its pretty bad
