P0118 ford 4.6v2 the hidden sensor .

had an issue with P0118 ECT sensor .temp gauge works fine coolant was normal .
however still was stuck in limp mode and acted like it was overheating.
when everything checked out fine.
until I find this little hidden extra sensor under the manifold.
