My first service was due on the three months from the date of of delivery or 2500 KM whichever is earlier.
My car didnt clock 2500 KM due to lockdown but since it had approached 3 months I got it serviced from Kaikan Ford Birati Service Centre in Jessore Road.
The first service was done nicely but the GM of Kaikan Ford Service Centre Mr Jayanta Lodh stopped me from Vlogging about my own service.
I had an unpleasant experience from the GMs behaviour and attitude.
Its vital that you remain present and record the entire car servicing to avoid any bad experiences scratches which you might discover once you have left the workshop.
