Ghosts of the Past Diorama - Part 2

Project 2019 - Jersey Occupation 75th Anniversary To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Channel Islands taking place in 2020 decided to create a diorama thats a little different from the norm......
This diorama will blend the past with the present using figures from both the war era modern day each painted to correspond with its own time period.
Researching historical local sites images references building a bunker gun emplacement using styrofoam plastic card plaster.
Adding kits for a howitzer figures accessories to attempt to give an idea of what one precise position mightve looked like 75 years apart..... This video is the second of three following the build process from the initial idea to completion.
