Complete Triceps Workout using Resistance Bands

??? ?Do 3 sets of each of the 3 exercises to failureexhaustion 9 total working sets.
?Take a 3045 second break between sets. ?I say 3 sets to FAILURE because you may not have a lot of different choices on resistance band weight.
If you CAN get the right weight than Id suggest doing 3 sets of 1220 reps per exercise.
